Current Responsibilities

Mr. Gropler is a member of JLL’s Brokerage group at 330 Madison Avenue under Scott Panzer.  At JLL, Mr. Gropler is responsible for providing Brokerage and Transactions services to local, regional, national, and international clients.

Mr. Gropler’s primary focus includes business development, leasing, acquisition and disposition, property marketing initiatives, corporate real estate strategy, and market analysis. Mr. Gropler’s experience includes work on behalf of JP Morgan Chase, Cisco Systems, Northwestern Mutual, Prologis, Daiichi Pharmaceuticals, Canfield Scientific, Phillips Lighting, Karcher NA, The Kushner Companies, Traveler’s Insurance, Genworth Financial, Lincoln Equities, and The American Red Cross.

Experience

Mr. Gropler’s corporate experience prior to JLL was with Altria and Merck/Schering-Plough. He has participated in numerous national brand launches and marketing initiatives in his early career, promoting multi-billion dollar brands. He also has extensive experience with business development research roles on a company-wide level. While in college Mr. Gropler served as a front office intern with the New York Giants Football organization.

Education and Affiliations

Mr. Gropler is a graduate of Skidmore College in Saratoga Springs, NY, where he earned a B.S. in Business and Management.  He was also a 4 year member of the Skidmore College Golf team, where he won two NCAA Division III All-American awards, a UCAA individual conference championship and a conference Player of the Year award.  Mr. Gropler is also a member of the Skidmore College Athletic Hall of Fame.
