How large are Manhattan skyscapers?  Big enough to warrant their own zip code.

According to the Washington Post three out of the top five zip codes in America with the Highest Average Income in 2015, are in NYC, and two of those are single buildings.  #1 on the list is 1290 Avenue of the Americas, #2 is 45 Rockefeller Plaza and #4 is the Financial District.  #3 is Miami Beach and #5 is Wilminton, DE.
